The upgrade for LSTG out of shell status is a significant improvement here. There are many investors who will not consider shell companies for investment. By completing this upgrade out of shell status LSTG management has increased the pool of buyers for the stock now which should help contribute to pps appreciation for us over time, especially with the very positive new business line of healthy beverages in play for 2019.
