Yep, that $3 pre-R/S Astellas offer is looking darn good at this point in time, isn't it? I didn't have nearly as many CYTR shares then as I do now, but at least that deal would have prevented us longs from having to endure what we've had to endure for the past two years and who knows how much longer?

Such a lengthy delay by SOON in filing the Aldox NDA has opened up a whole range of speculation on what his "true" intentions are despite his using Aldox in some of his trials. SOON's recently publicized "Catch and Kill" method is now a big concern, but I've got to believe SK and CYTR lawyers were smart enough to protect us from such a situation. If not, that would be cause for multiple lawsuits against both parties.

But it is Tuesday, and just like Monday we have very little volume, but at least CYTR's pps appears to be holding at the moment rather than gradually falling on a daily basis with no news and negative speculation, which is somewhat reassuring. I remain confidant that SOONer or LADR ASAP will arrive, but when it will arrive and what it will bring are my two biggest concerns?

Otherwise, it's time for me to get out and do something worthwhile as there is nothing happening in CYTRland today, and my time here in Knoxville is quickly passing.
