That's not true. Lee could have sold a third of CPRK NOL asset for millions and use that to paid off debt and still have money to invest in mining project. Instead CPRK is stuck with a loan from ESF with a ridiculous interest rate. All the money in ESF was not use for CPRK, ask Lee how much money was lost on that failed Condo deal.
