Shoddy should go to the PSTI homepage and take note.
The EU has a trial in phase 2 and 3 status simultaneously while in phase 2 only in the USA.... moving quick to phase 3. Ergo, FDA is correct.
So, one can assume the differentiation is noteworthy and Inspector Shoddy conveniently missed that distinction.
His lengthy post adds no value and once again is misleading with bogus information.
