According to CEO the Conversions Are Done, 10K and Updates/News Are On The Way. $IGMB really wants QB status and are working on getting it back there. The information below is taken from recent CEO emails to shareholders:

Take it for what it’s worth but with impending news coming out , their 10K in April then I get this!?! With $IGMB trading near it’s lows, RSI at 42, conversions presumably done....I’m holding for sure to see how this pans out!

Yup!! Just don’t get nervous when you see the late filing notification on Monday or Tuesday. This is the pattern of this company for the last 3 years! They just have a late 10K on 03/31 then file within 2 weeks of that. Then they follow that up with updates and some 8K’s. Everyone here just needs to relax!! $IGMB with BioDatix/HealthDatix is ALL GOOD!! According to Mr. Salerno as you saw in the email I posted if what he’s currently working on materializes for iGambit, this will be well over .01+ next month and will regain QB status. Load and Hold!!!
