Yes, it is double work! Why CAFC did make decision vacate and Remand, if PTAB return back to CAFC , CAFC will take other year and half to get to final, like you expect CAFC vacate PTAB 's decision and comlete in 2021.
Why didn't CAFC vacate at the first time? Instead of let's PTAB srew up again????
I am not the lawyer and expert, as everything on the table we could see easily.
It dosen't matter how many share you have most than anyone, but the timing and do the right thing are most important than number shares you have....
IF happen like you said, US law system and China same corruption.
