However, it's my understanding that the S1 filing has only one pourpose. That is to formally disclose a warrant holder (Andrew Garnock) and his terms with the company related to that warrant. It doesn't necessarily mean he is executing his option to convert that day into the float. That I believe from memory is some 900 million shares. I don't think right now at the current pps is what's on is table. He already has a position with the company and he's here for big bucks to hold till explode! His conformation as a warrant holder and the size of his warrant will make this stock takeoff to Nevada. (the silver state)
