ADXS will be outpaced and outdated by rivals

That's one side of the issue -- inability to move the pipeline to the finish line in timely manner, year after year.
The corollary of that is inability of the company to keep funding the research and run clinical trials. The financial markets keep tightening for Advaxis and the capital markets get more and more expensive due to flight of the major "donors" to more promising sciences. Eventually, this leads to a financial collapse and the remains of the company (i.e. "science", patents, technology and etc) gets grabbed by some one else either to take another shot at it or just to bury it altogether. As a consequence, legacy holders will not even get a penny of their originally invested dollar. We are getting to that point at an accelerated pace. IMHO, we are beyond of a point of no return.
