Jan has broken Private Placement Contract. As of today, consider it stolen $. The common shares or $ which was due was not repaid. The restricted shares became tradeable on April 5th. Those shares were not delivered. Zero communication from Jan regarding his intentions. Will consider it to be...intentions are nefarious.

And don’t forget, Jan always seems to find $ for the loansharks. Funny how that works. More Financial Wizardry.
