The company that will lead this industry will be the one that is truthful and honest about their product to the consumer. I have paid for potency testing for 3 of the top companies in the market and all 3 came back under what potency was labeled on container. As well as test results being posted from beginning to middle of last year. I’m sorry but you didn’t make a 1 million bottle batch of 500mg oil. You made multiple batches. Even though same stuff it still is a different batch. Plus stuff still degrades over time. A 3rd party test is good for 1 year. Some companies I have seen test results still posted from 2017. This is why the regulations need to come. My company tests our batches every 4 months to ensure they are not degrading. We also test our base product like isolates, distillates and crude(rso) every 3 months. I follow Diamondcbd very close and have since 2017 and they stay on top everything. They have gone though and changed wording already on the website to comply with FDA. I know another big company that sponsors many big Athletes and they have claims all over their site. FDA went after what they see as the big guys first. Plus they have been studying Diamond since last year. POTN will be big watch!!
