Jimmy did not issue more then 646 million. 460 are locked up . They left 1.3 billion on the table.
Value at 60 to 70 million .
These shares won't be issued until Sgmd can get the stock price up a lot higher then 15 cents . The only
Way that can happen now is biz recognized rev .
