66fan Good Point. Probably explains the sales.
BTW do you have an explanation as to why Frdakis sells HIS shares in order to run the company?

The company always pays him back with shares anyway, why don't they just sell those and simplify the process?

It would save them a lot of money as they wouldn't have to pay the interest that they give Frudakis and they could also avoid the discounted share price that they always give him.
