I don't think SOUM's fee revenue has failed, it just takes a long time to mature. How you do that is primarily a function of 'word of mouth' and customer satisfaction. SOUM has a long way to go to convince buyers that their system is a cash saving means to attain an international customer base AND cut the red tape in accessing it.

Could still work, must wait to see.
