in regards to the army contract

the Est. Ultimate Completion Date for the shootpacks was changed to
6/23/18
yet there was no modification document produced like the previous 2 modifications
ie. extension to 8/27/17 and extension to 12/31/17

i noticed this months before 6/23/18 and then kbl announced on 6/21/18 they had produced the roll of fabric for the army.
the date seemed to just magically appear on the original contract along with no word from kbl about this in the months leading up to 6/23/18

could be something to look out for with the option contract
