If you will read through the financials for the years since Ballas showed up, tracking the loans (when they appear vs. when they were acquired) you will see that many of the loans don't show up on the books for years. In fact, James Ballas brought debt with him when he joined the company, paid it with convertible shares of ubqu, and it didn't show up on the financials until YEARS later. That's one example of the dishonesty I uncovered when I got out.
