The only thing that really disturbs me here is how blatant this scam has been. In the back of my head I want to hope they’ve done some confidential filing. The signs were there. They chose a way that was similar to Form 10. So let’s see how this plays out. The only thing that throws me off here is the bankruptcy. I have read that sometimes Form 10 path / self filing sometimes will push issuer into bankruptcy. I believe however, that may have been the case but they did it on purpose to do some beneficial transfers. I also think in order to get that ATM done, they needed to run this out. At this stage it’s just a free jackpot for all for passing investors. Smart investors would see this opportunity. I used to plug this big time to people cause I genuinely want people to do well here and join in the victory. As of today, I could careless, I no longer want to help. If you don’t see this diamond, then you don’t see it. I’m certainly not going to sell this to you at this point. I’m still confident in my investment but I have lost a lot of faith in humanity. I’m almost ashamed to be involved in this deal. The management are maggots and deserve time in jail. Over 20000 people destroyed. Think about it.
