VTXB stated last PR that they are to begin ordering parts (that process will begin shortly) which to me says they have or very close to $1million raised through the offering...

I believe one of the strategies with this SS is to have this stock above .05 for a significant amount of time. While .005 is a great price to buy in at, how good does that price look when youre sitting at ..03 .05 .08 to a millionaire? Very enticing.

Company also stated they are in discussions with an IR firm and social media companies to better reach potential investors. So I say see an 8k or PR about the hire very soon. A company(SHMP) who had hired an IR firm right before their run from .015 to .95 I believe they got their monies worth.
