Thanks for the info. I would love to be a fly on the wall when he got notified! I am sure he was expecting it. I wish nothing but the worst outcome for this loser. As for Ford and the new crew, they still refuse to provide any financial information related to the Bradford to my attorney. I am a direct investor and owner of the JV and they refuse just as Tim did. We all know why. If there was nothing there then they would have provided me with the requested information 3 years ago. New management has had the finials and knew of the fraud, some probably were part of it. By not notifying the SEC or investors they became part of the fraud. By allowing stock to be traded, they became part of the fraud. If I were Ford and the others I would expect similar charges to be filed soon against them.
