A LOI PR doesn't constitute a transaction whatsoever. Not only that it's an idol nonfunctioning plant that would also require BIG money to make operational requiring the sale of guess what?

Hint: More shares to dilute the market and bring the price down.

Not a single share has been sold by the sellers of the power plant.
