Mead and rrao, I still believe that CHI can absorbs LLBO and go for an IPO for the following reasons:

1. I believe that OS do not matters when CHI go for an IPO!

2. I do not believe that there is a written rule that a company can not go from public and absorbs by a private company and then go public! Levi Jeans used to be a public company, went private, and then go for an IPO recently!

3. CHI when go for an iPO can always accommodate LLBO OS by increasing CHI OS. I think this is all depend upon market forecast. We have to remember, that the ITBra inventions was created by LLBO. CHI of course carried the implementations! So, both have equal responsibilities to carry the success of the ITBra! In additions, not discounting Jabil, who is the manufacturer and all the Universities that's part of the research. After air in my opinion, CHI has nothing to lose if they accommodate to have an equal share value with CHI!

4. iMHO, I rather see a bigger rewards for our investments than less! Let's see what happen!

5. Be patient, and we will succeed!! Long and Strong!
