We have filed complaints to the SEC. Many of us. We have also contacted management, with only 2 or 3 that I'm aware receiving a response, and those responses were useless babble. We've contacted them individually and as a group. Some have even contacted employees through the contact page explaining the situation and asking them to urge management to address the issues. We have contacted IR. When IR does decide to engage, they respond with canned statements attempting to explain away the dilution and other lies. I'm not sure what legal options remain.
