I hear ya. I do not have answer of "why" and "if". As I do not know, do you have an example of whom have tried to remove the skull and X in the past?

I might be under the mistaken belief that it would require an R/M and comply with sec/finra reporting requirements. That would give that skull a "new face lift."

That doesn't seem to be out of the realm of possibility.

As Jerry Garcia once said "Stretch that Skull Cover and Smile!" ;)
