I wish u luck w/OWCP. As for the issue at hand, u are still in a catch-22, ur trapped, either way u lose. They will now just dilute you to 500 million shares since they can't reverse split. Since they have no revenue source, they have no choice. They need money to operate. By asking for an RS with 175 million shares outstanding and the authorized shares being 500 million shares they have basically raised the white flag saying "HELP, NEED MONEY" LOL And it also sends a red flag to all investors like me to stay far away from this stock. Management here doesn't seem too bright from what I have been reading here about them. take care. Hopefully a patent or something comes through for u.
