Company...in dark period...90 days till acquisition down...ceo can't say ...NOTHING...deal could be come to close by next Fri as filings due Monday April 15....best scenario

Worse or not bullish outcome is ..deal closing delay for couple weeks/ which is not surprising...this is Cannabis transaction & usually there is a narrow pad way to walk in balance....good news MJTV under excellent ceo & buyers ACCEPTED the deal....best risk/reward in otc...
