Just doing a little digging and ran into something, it could be nothing IDK. Last April in a letter to the OTC to get current in one paragraph it says https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/190492/content The financial statements included in the annual report dated 12-31-2017 were prepared by consultant Keith Nguyen and outside accountants. Mr. Nguyen has business and accounting experience, including a CFO role at another larger public company. Remember all those shares giving against their debt, some 75M shares. In the newest annual report it says all those shares were paid to one company called CDM Capital. And who is the managing director?
