Sorry but you misunderstood the documents you posted.

The Valuation wasn't made public - and each bidders price wasn't made public until the Monitor provided the winner/buyer.

That is a normal bidding process.

From the 8th report:

"This analysis was informed by other bids received for the assets of BioAmber Inc. during the liquidation sales process, as well as by additional financial information provided to the Monitor by Comet subject to a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement."

The bidders had to do their own valuation of the BioAmber assets.

So there aren't secret bidders - the assets have been liquidated.
