When I say low, I mean lower than here. The only possibility is .0016 on any Telecom arrangement to allow 1:5000 R/S. .0016 x 5000 =$8.00 which would allow for capital raise W/up-list and slippage to $5.00. .08-.10 will never happen, in any dimension, before a R/S
