1. The subsidiary and it’s ”tech” was sold to a company. Novagon or something. Because that company owns some shares(I guess, I didn’t say it was sold to an “investor”). But seeing as another public company can invest in another public company.. I guess maybe. Just not sure how anyone would know of that...

2. I’ll add waiting on proof of this “forced to admit there was no F50”, again I’m struggling mightily in finding it, must be losing my edge in DD.. I don’t recall ever hearing or seeing anything about that. Proof please
