Sharkey, I just made the mistake of reading through the Proxy Statement. I spent the time to examine the Executive Officer Compensation section in more detail. I urge everyone to read this and determine their own stance re: compensation before the stockholders vote. I will flat out tell you that my determination is that these people have built a bird nest on the ground. For all the hog wash saying how annual and bonus compensation will be determined re: annual and quarterly income, nothing seems to be dependent on them having to show a profit. My way of running my companies was, no profit, no income. Receiving a bonus if a company has an income of $3 mm in a quarter does not mean a damn thing if expenses exceed income. Insiders being able to create notes that pay 6% interest? That simply means if the company fails they get first in line for compensation in the case of a bankruptcy! My honest opinion is we need some deep sole searching folks.
