While I am very bullish on MJNA and its impressive growth, I am equally highly bearish on its Swiss cheese financial reporting. It is sad to see a great company destroying shareholder value day in day out through childish financial reporting with exposure subjecting themselves to a HUGE INVESTIGATION BY UNCLE SAM. I don’t know but I won’t be surprised one day if they are hit hard by UNCLE SAM.

Stay away or limit your investment to a minimum like a lottery ticket, until they fix their financial exposure to regulators.
