ok i appreciate you taking a solid position in regards to the KERP issue. So let's look at that page from the 8th report.

30.2. - There is no denying that the Interim Lender was repaid in full. It clearly says "There remain no amounts owing that are SUBJECT TO the Interim Lender Charge." It was repaid in full on Oct 26, 2018. Now let's look at

30.5. - "All amounts owing that are SUBJECT TO the KERP Charge have now been paid" Same language as above. The KERP Charge was used and has been repaid in full.

Your own logic just told everyone that in order for that to happen it

"required that the DIP Lender, Comerica Bank (on behalf of the Sr. Secured lenders, Mitsui & Co., Ltd, "Her Majesty the Queen," and BDC Capital be paid in full in cash."
