Snow halts "a lot" ? A lot of what?
Hours? Days? Weeks? Months?

Good thing flatbed trucks are equipped with all wheel drive and are several feet off the bottom of the road.

Also coincidentally excavating equipment can be and is used for snow removal on job sites. Ever used a 350? That's another excuse that doesn't justify months on delay due to weather.

Again, I'm a long all for the company. But using weather as an excuse for months of delay on construction progress is a weak excuse. Trust me I've seen and been through every delay possible and when money /schedule are important to a company wanting to get up and running, these delays or issues get solved....and fast
