Incorrect. The ONE component that’s always missing is the companies ability to parlay success in ANY measurable quantity. THATs why the charts don’t support a run: the company isnt worth a long term investment and they’ve always had to move from one “venture partner” to another. I don’t need to underestimate Devon. He’s proven time and again he’s unworthy of any estimate period. Just because a trips-sub-penny turd like this has “explosive” bursts of volume (we call that a PUMP AND DUMP); nothing about this company confers a sense of competence. They exist as a shell simply to extract money from investors- that is all.
