Nope. I know he is a conman. He makes these great deals that fizzle out and blames everybody else. Has blocked me on Twitter, tried blocking me on Facebook and has blocked me from calling him. He's been running this scam for years and I'm just waiting for the day that the SEC does to him what they did to Brian weber(Bbda) and yes I contacted both sec and ncdoj on Weber so I guess you can say I'm the wrong person to have as an investor when your trying to run a scam.
