You obviously have not been following this stock.
One thing I learned having owned this stock for 2.5 years, is that this stock does not always follow the technicals.
Anything less than .80 is a BUY and anything less than .75 is a STRONG BUY for me. I am adding. If this continues to go down, I will be selling my other shares and will continue to add MDTR. The lower it goes, the more I'm going to add.
