That is completely false.

I'm saying there could be delays but don't cry just because you thought it was construction process. Could be money within the construction phasing, could be staffing all in which I agree and am fine with. But not with mobilization of the construction process in terms of weather.

Again I am Long and will continue to be so.

HOWEVER do your research if you want to rebuttal on construction

As you are very wrong.

There is no goverment restrictions on when you can complete a building phase, state, province, or country. That is soley based on structural integrity of building materials which are all regulated by that of engineering. There are ways around weather and temperatures its 2019.

For example, concrete is pourable in temperatures well below 35 Fahrenheit.
Why? because of chemical admixtures which btw the United States also carries in their concrete plants as a standard.

IN FACT you can pour up to around -10 Fahrenheit. But you would know that if you were a construction professional.

Also once concrete structures are poured well below 35, they are covered with thermal blankets to protect until they reach what is called a 28 day strength. Next time do your DD
