Why would they instantly sell the new shares at a loss? That makes no sense. There is a 3.40 US cost base ..

This is the Nasdaq market makers running a clinic on how to short cover. Put a out large offers at key levels..such as 2.50 2.40 2.35 . Then when retail panics and puts sell orders they hit them.

And its working . Plus they have a free fear campaign going on here . even better .
