ANY bank for one. Fundera, Ondeck, and other business loan companies too. "Busy" is just an excuse. If a ton of money on the table, they'll find a way to enable one of their assistants to take care of this for them or a lawyer of theirs. Just excuses and sounds like total BS to me.
