Hey, Mister Happy! ILIKF simply needs a promise, contract, agreement, handshake, whatever, at THIS POINT. And then, it would skyrocket, without even having any batteries ready-to-go. The problem with so many penny stock companies is that they are in very early stages of development. It's an issue with ILIKF, as well, and they do have competition. It's a GAMBLE, but well worth taking, IMO.
