ONCI/HEXA: QUOTE: The only course for the OTC to take with such entities is do halt, suspend, and delist the common shares.


Ok if this is correct the OTC is so far behind on all the other tickers trading with STOP SIGNS and NO FILINGS, for some of them its been 3-years or longer....

We'll see what happens with ONCI after the 8th which I believe was the time frame for ONCI:
