The CEO has been cycling through Attorneys and CPA’s and claiming to resolve the CE repeatedly. He has not been able to provide any details on CE lift or business. This charade has been going on for over almost two years. Caution to anyone looking to buy this stock, wait until CE is lifted by OTC. Looks like a pump and dump scheme.
