So, if you apply for and are granted a medical marijuana card you better not have any registered guns in your domicile (guns bought through a dealer and have been recorded).

If law enforcement runs a gun check on a medical marijuana user or person with one of those cards, and they are registered gun owners, then probably cause exists to obtain a search warrant and search your entire house.
