I think I was the first buyer there after the change of control in 2017 @ .15, for 5K shares, but it had traded previously, it was pretty thinly traded historically, but wasn't a brand new issue.

I hardly ever get any of those cheap drops, that many of the Asian tickers start off trading with, those almost always go to insiders or MM's. Doesn't matter if your the high bidder on L2 or not, they tend to conveniently get those shares......which is quite frustrating....lol.
