The Proxy War is here! Sure would be nice to see what each
nominee would like to accomplish for TPL shareholders. My
fear is that is anyone turns TPL into a C Corp., that would
end the policy of share buybacks and the "practice" of not
issuing more shares. That is my biggest concern.
