Not sure where you're getting your info but it seems somewhat short sighted in my opinion. They have filed a Form D in the past, as is required especially when raising equity. If you read their filings they've cleaned up their balance sheet from any sort of toxic funding (i.e. floorless nonsense). You're complaining because a measly 20K shares is sold at these prices in the mid $0.30s? What's that,,,,like $6K worth of stock? Toxic? Come on, give me a break! They've got real products and an exciting flagship brand (Just Chill) which could be a game changer in this market. At the current valuation, I think you're over reacting. :(
