Not really, at that point this company had already been around for 18 years. Not trying to be a jerk but this company has always been a scam. Whenever a company gives away shares to debenture holders for 50% off the lowest 52 week closing price inuring 10% interest its a big red flag. These guys belong in jail for this POS.

The scam rolls on, losing millions.. Sitting at their 52 week low, and the pumping continues.
