It is not illegal to disclose who is a sponsor of a conference, hell the whole point of being a sponsor is to get the advertising! I think you are thinking like the conference attendee/sponsor list would be insider information but you are mistaken. If NNRX was going to be a sponsor and backed out for any reason the conference holder very much can make a statement in public or private and verify that info. I know this because I have been a sponsor and a conference planner as well. This is not me bashing either just stating information, I am NNRX long!
