You mean 8k filing...maki g it official. Won’t make a difference with SP. Next catalyst for SP appreciation is the $2.5M. Ridge loan. Then it could be game on.... assuming AS structure does not get slammed more than 2B!

AS in the 3-4B range , this will be toast with a sooner than later you know what ! At 2B, you know what can be avoided a little longer me thinks
