Yup sounds like the lamp has finally been turned off!

John Lampl, Baltia's spokesman, this week termed the SEC's action as "standard procedure" and said the company "is working diligently on resolving the delinquency in a timely fashion."

He declined to elaborate on the statement.

“Better to do something imperfectly than to do nothing flawlessly."
