No chance.This time RS will go through because they have new management and they have to clear the balance sheet.They sold billions of stock and now time to reduce the shares count.This is viola’s game.Last time he sold shares by delaying the RS and new game is to reduce the share count and uplist to the national exchange which is not going to happen.If you read 8k carefully time line to uplist 18-24 months and that to depends upon the conditions that time. I know condition now and it is gong to be same after 24 months.Viola failed miserably .
